TERMS
& CONDITIONS:
Tour price - Tour
price does not include any thing except specified services. Not
included are passport and visa fees, excess baggage or forwarding of
baggage, any meals or sightseeing not specified in itinerary,
personal tips & gratuities for guides, drivers, etc. (tipping is
expected), items of personal nature such as souvenirs, laundry, room
service, any type of refreshments ordered between meals, telephone
calls, etc., US departure tax, custom fees, and government taxes.
Tips and Taxes - Tips and taxes normally appearing on hotel and restaurant bills as service are included, as are all governmental and local taxes on hotels and meals.
Payment - Deposit of $200.00 per person required at time of booking, with final payment due 45 days prior to departure. A late fee of $50.00 will be charged for bookings made 44 days or less from date of departure, plus any fees imposed by airline, hotels, etc. Cancellation fee of $100.00 for handling and booking of reservations canceled up to 45 days prior to departure. Within 44 days, and additional cancellation penalty of $100.00 plus fees imposed by the airlines, hotels or tour operators. No refunds will be made for unused services or tour features including hotel accommodations 45 days prior to trip departure and after start of the trip. All cancellations must be made in writing to our office. Trip insurance is strongly recommended. Most airline tickets and hotel accommodations are non-refundable.
Responsibility - World
Wide Christian Tours, the presenter and/or its agents shall not be
liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity
which may be occasioned with by reason or defect in any vehicle or
through acts or default of any company or person engaged in conveying
the passengers, or in carrying out the arrangements of the tour, or
otherwise in connection there within, or of any hotel proprietor or
servant. Such conveying, etc., is subject to the laws of the country
where the conveyance is provided. The aforesaid companies can accept
no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or
changes in transportation company services, sickness, weather,
strikes, war, quarantine or other causes. All such losses or expenses
will have to be borne by the passengers. The right is reserved to
decline to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour, or to
cancel or alter the tour, if circumstances require it. No refund
shall be made for less than two concurrent days absence from the
party. The amount of the refund will represent only the amount saved
from the operating company. Refunds for unused steamer, rail or air
tickets can only be made in accordance with the carriers regulations.
Tour prices are subject to change without notice and are based on a
minimum of 25 passengers.
Airline Clause - The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not aboard their aircraft. The passenger tickets in use by the airline, when issued, shall constitute the sole contracts between airline and the purchaser of these tickets and/or passenger. These tours may be sold in conjunction with the service of IATA or ARC airline. Airlines may charge a cancellation fee, or refuse to provide service or a refund. All prices and itineraries subject to confirmation. ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
TRAVEL INFORMATION
(general information for foreign travel):
Air Transportation - Economy
class round-trip airfare from specified point(s) of departure aboard
certified airlines.
Hotels - First-class hotels based on double occupancy with private bath. Single supplements are available at an additional charge.
Baggage - Only one average size suitcase per person, not to exceed 50 pounds.
Meals - Meals are as specified on your itinerary.
Personal tips and taxes - Service charges as imposed by hotels and taxes by local administrations and governmental authorities are included in all service. Porterage is based on specified limits. Personal gratuities for guides, drivers, head waiters, etc., are not included. (Tipping is expected to guarantee quality service).
Transfers - Price includes transfers between hotel and airport and all sightseeing points.
Itineraries - The standard day-by-day itinerary shown in this brochure is planned at press time, but is subject to minor revision should circumstances make changes necessary.
Sightseeing - The tour package arrangements include touring aboard deluxe air-conditioned motor coaches, sightseeing and entrance fees as specified in itinerary, and an English-speaking government licensed guide.
Travel Documents - It is the responsibility of the passenger to obtain necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates (when required) for foreign travel. World Wide Christian Tours is not responsible for passports or visas. It is the individual passenger's responsibility to assure they have all necessary vaccinations.
Insurance - Trip Cancellation, baggage and accident insurance is available through World Wide Christian Tours and is strongly recommended in case of emergency. You may apply for insurance through WWCT at time of deposit.

accepts payment in cash, money orders, personal checks, or credit
cards (Master Card, Visa, American Express & Discover). Personal
checks must be certified if payment is being made 30 days or less
from departure date.
